At My Choice Utah, we believe in creating a true sense of family for the individuals we support. Our Host Home Providers treat individuals as part of their own family, offering not just care but a genuine feeling of belonging. Whether it’s sitting down for family meals, joining in on daily activities, going on vacations, or celebrating holidays and traditions, the individuals become a natural part of family life.

Direct Support Professionals
Our families aren’t doing this alone. We bring in dedicated Direct Support Professionals to provide additional support. They help individuals engage with the community, whether it’s heading out to the movies, exploring nature, going to the park, or enjoying personal hobbies. These person-centered activities create meaningful experiences and opportunities while also helping individuals work on personal goals. Our Direct Support Professionals not only make a difference in the lives of those they serve but also give families the time they need to recharge and focus on their own priorities.
